The SecureScan X Mini is a small, portable mini passport reader that can be used in the field. SecureScan X-Mini can capture and verify pertinent data from all passports, ID cards and other documents, using visible and infrared light sources. It gives color output to display and recognition.  Once SecureScan X Mini was connected, you can use it to scan IDs or passports and have them sent directly to your phone.

Mini Passport Scanner Plustek SecureScan X-Mini is an MRTDs (Machine Readable Travel Documents) scanner that is incredibly small, highly functional, and compliant with ICAO Doc 9303 standards. It is created to scan and check relevant data, comply with those standards, and reduce the possibility of human error, which shortens check-in times, improves flow of traffic, and produces customer profile data that is more accurate. The SecureScan X Mini is a smaller, lighter version of the original SecureScan X passport reader. It’s still compatible with Windows 7, 8 and 10 and it can also read contactless smart cards for access control, including proximity cards, MIFARE Classic smart keys and more. The mini passport reader is perfect for mobile staff such as cashiers or cleaners who need to scan their passports while on the move.
